Template Wanted

I am in need of one of two things.
1.5 people willing to help me make a template...or
2.A pre-existing template,with the following settings,
6 Players.Colors(BLUE,RED,ect),show map=off,team lock=on,custom civ=on,Lock Speed=on. Also,Speed muct be fast(2.00)
