If both players are below rank 30 (from 31+) the KOTH series will be best of 3.
If one or both players are rank 30 and above (2-30) the KOTH series will be best of 5.
Best of 5, means max 5 games. so i played 20% of them.
If it were to be best of 3, then yes it would be 33,3333333333(moar 3's here)%
