But other than that what does it really take to concider something a "new" strat? Cause if you're talking inf on wing and cav in pocket in say indy, Im not so very impressed that they came up with that. Also, doesn't say anything about the skill level of oldschoolers compared to newschoolers.

What is concidered a "new strat" to u? Also, it's not just trying something it's doing it with succes. This old school vs new school nonsense . IMO it doesn't matter when you played or started. Its like learning anything. People who learned along time ago can be good or bad and people who learn more recently can be good or bad. As long as you practice allot you get better and stop practicing you get worse etc.
