I don't think people realize how much work and effort they've put into this game and community.

Also of course Jodocus deserves a mention here as well. He really made a complete turn around from being an annoying piece of shit hacker that almost in seconds landed on everyone's "most hated" list, into bringing the old server back and contributing a ton to EE and it's community.
He's also someone who doesn't get recognized for how much work he put into that.

Lol @ revisionist history. I crushed half the players on that list from March 06-November 06 I publicly challenged anyone to beat me 1v1 and never lost over a series of games (this game has an undeniable luck factor with resourcement placement).

Lion_ I ended up winning about 30 1v1s to 3 losses.

The last head to head with goldeneye I smashed him 5 times in a row.

Krass was utter shit at this period, as was Assys.

Also, no Zealot? He gave me by far my toughest 1v1s out of anyone, Pyro would be second (and my biggest rival, he's criminally underrated because of his attitude). Goldeneye went 2-0 against me but I adapted to his play style after that and went 8-3.

Obviously this was one period of EE but in the time period this was its final golden age, population wise.

I doubt anyone even remembers me though.

Just thought I'd add in what seems to be a forgotten period of this game, which is sad, as that was the last time we hit 600 players in the lobby.

Elfanor is a myth perpetuated by people who never even knew him. Just like the ViE clan.

I 1v1d in liga, mod tl, indy tl, mid sh and even fucked around in p2s but that setting is dog shit because I used to just kill every animal on the map and it would turn into club men wars.

Didn't you only start this game in 2012? You're not even apart of the games real online competitive history or period, which explains why you'd think I only played mid sh.
