Skippy Mouse
Whenever I run EE, no matter what mouse I use, it "Skips" Around and its very hard to precisely click things. The game is almost unplayable and I would like to play the game with the same level of precision I have in every other game I run. It only does this Inside Empire Earth.

It's most likely your video card, i bet you have a high end video card? You have to set your video card let EE choose its own settings. Because in nvidia/radeon theres always a setting to set graphics to low/manually/high.
