Hi,
I have this problem when i tried to install EE on my new pc that runs with windows 10.
I installed EE using EE Unlimited pack, then when i run NeoEE.exe i get the error message in the link https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hZ80fN ... p=drivesdk.
Ps: i disabled the antivirus beofre i downloaded NeoEE patch.

I can only make suggestions, as RealForce is responsible for the installer. What I think is that still the antivirus program is deleting a DLL required when the installer unpacks the files, maybe Windows Defender or your installed AV program. Try to completely kill the AV program, not just disable. If necessary, try to uninstall it first (or keep it uninstalled, AV software is scam...).

I was also having the same problem as I was also unable to install the EE on my Windows 10. I have just updated the latest version of the Windows and I think that the EE is not compatible with the latest version.
