I just stumbled across this site and community. I used to play this game all the time growing up and I am amazed to see that people have revived it. I tried to download but the google doc is locked. Hoping people are still playing and that someone can help me get started so I can walk down memory lane and play some Mid SH again. Thanks to anyone who can help me with some answers.

Mid sh is still one of the most popular settings, pre is popular too.

What does Mid Sh mean? I have been away from EE for 15 years

Mid SH is a commonly played setting online. It means Middle Ages epoch with Standard High resources. Mod DM would be Modern Epoch with Deathmatch resources.

Mid SH and Pre2Nano SH are the most common settings online.

I haven't been able to play empire earth ever since upgraded to windows 10, now we are on windows 11, I get some procedure call error when I try to install, I wonder how people are still playing this, so much memories on this game.

Go to support help channel and we'll help you out. Just as an example I'm able to play EE on win 11 with 4k monitor just fine.
