hi guys when i am installing neoee he show me error reading file like this one(image)

and when im ignore it next one is same but another file location....pls help me

Dissable your antivirus, redownload, install the neoEE patch, mark the entire EE folder as an exception in your antivirus, re-enable your antivirus.
