Yes it does install the entirety of both games, as well as all patches plus some extras.
We can not include this in the main downloads sections as Save-EE does not officially support, what is technically, the pirating of the EE software.

ahh, anyway I'm gonna tell a whole lot of people about it! None of us have the expanion...

335 downloads so far. At least that's what the mysteriously unknown Dev/Null says.
