Is ViE_Thunder ghosting ?

Hey is the player ViE_Thunder with lobbyname Thunder ghosting ? Never saw or heard from a member Thunder off old ViE clan.

dont think their was a thunder in vie so he aint ghosting someones name just the tag but if i see him on il warn him but since the clan aint alive no more or active dont think any futher action needs to be taken than a simple warn
