What is better to learn 1v1 or team game.

Post by herik »

So what do people like to play most and what is more important? Your 1v1 skill or team playing skill. When Tributes were around.

In my opinion Team game is funner, can be more challenging in some ways, learning how to defend base as wing against swords and cav, some times by your self.

1v1's are good, if you want to prove yourself against another player, becoming accustomed to there play style and learning how to play against it.

But the situation may be that your more suited as a team player, you may be better on a team then the one vs one person is. VISA VERSA.

I prefer team games myself. Nothing beats a good long team game where everyone is trying their best to win, not to mention the in game and post game shit talking and raging.

i agree with ben.
plus 1on1 situation it is all about you trying to beat your opponent. if you fail to beat him he will think he is better than you vice versa
its more of a dick comparison which is annoying

e: by reading the thread title i found out that this has nothing to do with the thread at all so i will add something

i think a 1on1 is better to learn since a team game requires a good knowledge which can be built up in 1on1 situations

I think 1v1 teaches you more overall. But I'd rather learn team games for the reasons I said above.

I believe you can learn from both 1v1 and teamgames. I eprsonally have always preferred observing though lol.
Just do what you have most fun with - and with fun skills will come.

agree with assys! teamgames are definitely more fun imo, and you can play them more relaxed without that whole who is better etc. At least I can't do that in 1v1, good for those who can
