@CAV_ranger: Yes, he was banned for 3 months. That was 3 months ago.

@Bogdan_xD: What I mean is the problem, that he cannot log in with his account on another (new) computer ... he gets a message (CD-Key is banned). On his old PC he can log in with his account.

_*[HaLLoWeeN]*_ hat mich gebeten dich zu fragen, warum er sich mit seinem Account (_*[HaLLoWeeN]*_) nicht einloggen kann.
Scheinbar bekommt er eine Nachricht "CD-Key gebannt" wenn er sich an einem neuen Computer mit dem Account anmelden möchte.
Bei seinem alten Computer kann er sich mit dem Namen normal einloggen.

Even if he cheats he doesnt do that on game where he play, he does it everytime fair.
Hey may cheat for a joke, like when its certenly gg or for 1v1 as parody... i dont think he deserve bans.

I have to admit that I wasn't strict with the "law enforcement" warning some and banning others. As I neglected community work a lot, people got annoyed that I took so long to take action.

[b]Thus by now, there will be no more warnings. Cheat+Report+clear evidence=Ban. And as I cba to enforce complex banning rules, the game will be as follows:
Getting caught cheating the first time: 1-3 month(s) ban, for the second time, the ban is permanent, irrespective of which accounts you used.[/b]

Maybe these policy will be changed by some time in case it's too harsh/weak, I don't know.

@ plautus: I will reduce your ban time by 1 week, i.e. your access to NeoEE servers will be granted again by ~ 4 days. However, it will count as your first ban.
